completed residential projects here. Residential landscape
design and planning is, however, an important component of our
practice. Bayer Associates has extensive
experience designing and planning residential landscapes and annually
undertakes numerous residential projects in the
greater Rochester, NY and Finger Lakes region. Services provided to residential
clients include site assessment, site development planning, site
improvements planning, garden design, construction documentation,
and construction administration. Bayer Associates is well
versed in the planning issues that influence new home development,
and prepares site development plans for clients who have not yet
begun construction. These plans provide recommendations for
the layout and orientation of buildings, driveways, garden spaces,
water features, and other principal site
features. Bayer Associates is also adept at addressing the
details of a residential garden, and regularly designs terraces,
walls, ornamental pavements, planting areas, decks, swimming pools,
tennis courts, fencing, outbuildings, pergolas, trellises, and other
