Bayer Associates worked as part of a multidisciplinary team of consultants who developed a master plan for improvement of this large county park. The master plan was comprehensive in scope, and considered all park features including buildings, athletic fields, circulation networks, a golf course, and many passive recreation elements. Citizen participation was an integral part of the planning effort and helped to shape future improvements to the park. The master planning process concluded with the development of phasing and implementation strategies for the proposed improvements. |
