Bayer Associates was retained to prepare plans for the restoration and improvement of the grounds at this historic estate in Brighton.  The landscape components of the project included the creation of a new dining terrace, auto court, knot garden, front walk and arrival court; restoration and modification of the pool yard; and installation of new fencing, arbors, and plantings.  The architectural program included a building addition and interior modifications, as well as new garden and pool houses.  Bayer Associates collaborated closely with the project architect, Barkström and Lacroix, throughout all phases of the project, which resulted in a highly successful integration of the buildings and grounds.
