Charles Ramsay is a recent addition to the Bayer Associates team. Charles attended Temple University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture. While at Temple, Charles participated in the “Graywater Gardens Exhibit” at the Philadelphia Flower Show which earned the Best in Show Educational Category, the Buckley Medal of Honor, and the Honor Award in Communications from the ASLA PA/DE Chapter. Charles was also awarded both the Temple Achievement scholarship and the Temple Rome Scholarship. After graduating from Temple Charles founded Soulution Designs, an independent landscape design firm. As owner, Charles developed and managed residential and commercial properties in the Rochester, New York area. Charles comes to Bayer Associates from Brownmiller Design in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he worked on a variety of residential, municipal, commercial, and institutional projects. Charles possesses a wide array of design and computer skills and is a valuable addition to the firm.
